一、 数据收集与处理原则

1. 离线本地处理

EasyGo 的所有核心功能——包括离线同声传译、对讲机翻译、文本翻译、内置的 Gemma 4B 多模态大模型对话、会议录音转写及 AI 纪要分析——均完全在您的设备本地(端侧)进行计算与处理。我们不设任何云端服务器用于接收、存储或分析您的语音、文本、图片或音频附件。您的个人数据永远不会离开您的手机。

2. 零数据云端收集

我们不会通过本应用收集您的任何个人身份信息、设备唯一标识符、位置轨迹或使用日志。我们既不提供用户注册,也不设置云端备份服务,确保您在使用过程中的绝密隐私。

二、 应用权限使用说明

为了使应用的核心本地功能正常运作,我们可能会在您使用相应功能时请求以下系统权限:

  • 麦克风权限:仅用于捕获您的语音并由本地语音识别引擎(实时同传及对讲机模式)或本地会议录音引擎进行实时转写。录音文件和转写文本均保存在您的本地手机存储中,绝对不会被上传至云端或共享给任何第三方。
  • 蓝牙及位置权限:在 Android 系统中,低功耗蓝牙 (BLE) 扫描需要位置服务授权。我们请求该权限仅用于允许与附近的设备建立本地蓝牙直接连接(实时同传模式),进行设备间的本地翻译数据传输。我们不会通过此权限收集或记录您的任何地理位置数据。
  • 存储写入与读取权限:用于在您下载离线翻译包、Gemma 大语言模型资源以及本地导出/保存会议纪要时读写本地存储空间。

三、 第三方服务与链接

我们的产品作为一款完全离线的应用运行,不与任何第三方数据接口、SDK 或云端统计工具对接。没有广告跟踪器,也没有任何隐藏 of 分析脚本。

四、 数据安全与保留

由于您的所有翻译记录、大模型聊天历史、会议录音及纪要均只存储于您设备的应用专用私有目录或 Shared Preferences 中,这些数据会一直保留在您的手机上,直至:

  • 您在应用内手动清除相应的数据记录;
  • 您在手机应用管理中执行“清除数据”操作;
  • 您卸载本应用。

请注意,由于无云端备份,一旦数据在本地清除,将无法找回,请妥善保管好您的重要纪要文本。

五、 未成年人隐私保护

我们非常重视对未成年人个人信息的保护。我们的应用不收集任何数据,因此不会对任何年龄段的用户(包括未成年人)产生隐私泄露风险。

The EasyGo Team ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information when you use the EasyGo mobile application (the "App" or "EasyGo"). Our core design philosophy is 100% offline and absolute on-device local privacy. All your voice, text, and chatbot session data are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to the cloud.

1. Data Collection and Processing Principles

1.1 100% Local On-Device Processing

All core features of EasyGo—including offline simultaneous translation, WalkieTalkie translation, text translation, the built-in Gemma 4B multimodal AI conversations, meeting voice transcribing, and AI minutes analysis—are executed entirely locally on your device. We do not operate any cloud servers to receive, store, or analyze your audio, text, images, or audio attachments. Your personal data never leaves your smartphone.

1.2 Zero Cloud Data Collection

We do not collect any personal identity information, unique device identifiers, location tracking data, or usage logs. We do not provide user registrations or cloud backup services, ensuring absolute privacy for your business meetings and personal conversations.

2. Permissions Used by the App

To enable the offline core features, we may request the following system permissions when you use relevant functionalities:

  • Microphone Permission: Used solely to capture your voice for real-time transcription by the local speech-to-text engine or meeting recorder. Transcriptions and audio recordings are saved exclusively in your local device storage and are never uploaded or shared with any third party.
  • Bluetooth & Location Permission: In Android, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) scanning requires location service authorization. We request this permission only to discover and establish direct peer-to-peer local Bluetooth connections (Simultaneous Translation Mode) between nearby devices. We do not track, collect, or store your geographical location.
  • Storage Permission: Used to read and write local files when downloading offline translation packs, Gemma model weights, or when exporting and saving your meeting summaries to your device.

3. Third-Party Services and Links

As a completely offline application, EasyGo does not integrate with any third-party APIs, SDKs, or cloud analytics tools. There are no advertising trackers or hidden tracking scripts.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all your translation histories, chatbot conversations, audio recordings, and meeting summaries are stored locally in the App's private directory or Shared Preferences, this data remains on your device until:

  • You manually delete the records within the App;
  • You perform a "Clear Data" operation in your device's Application Manager;
  • You uninstall the App.

Please note that because there is no cloud backup, once local data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

5. Children's Privacy

We do not collect any personal data, meaning our App poses zero privacy risks to users of any age group, including children.
